Programme

At Afro Dance, children discover how music guides their movements. They dance, practise and have space to move in their own way.

Dancing to the rhythm

Listen to the music and follow the rhythm with your whole body.
Moving and practising

Dance steps and active exercises alternate.
Your own movement

Children explore their freedom of movement and give the dance their own interpretation.

Some of the dancing is done barefoot.
