Programme

An obstacle can also be an invitation to move differently. In Freerunning, children practise movements that combine elements such as gymnastics, climbing and dance.

    The instructor helps the group apply techniques in the course.

Suitable for groups 6 to 8 (ages 9–12). The instructor chooses exercises that suit the group.
