  You get to know music by hearing it and making it. Children discover instruments, use their voice and body and explore how music is constructed.

      Which instruments do you hear and how does a melody sound?

### Time and rhythm

      Practising together makes it clear how music moves through time.

### Making music yourself

      Singing and using your own body are central. Writing your own song is possible if time and the group allow.

  Suitable for groups 3 to 8 (ages 6–12). The teacher adapts the lesson to the group.
