Programme

From hip hop and popping to locking, house dance and Afro hip hop: the lessons bring different styles together. There is space for learned dances and your own movements.

Warm up together

A warm-up gets the group moving.
Moves and dances

Children learn steps and dances within different urban styles.
Freestyle and games

Improvisation, dance games and battles give room for their own interpretation.

The lesson ends with stretching. The instructor tailors the content to the group.
