# Rock and Water

> Canonical page: /en/rock-and-water-training

## Programme

Rock stands for strength and steadfastness, Water for connection and flowing with others. Children work on both sides in situations they can recognise.

-

### Stand firm

Movement exercises focus on posture and strength.

-

### Look out for each other

The group also practises the social side: connection and considering others.

-

### Discuss difficult situations

Peer pressure, boisterous behaviour and bullying are examples of topics that may come up.

The programme described consists of ten lessons for groups 3 to 8 (ages 6–12), preferably during school time. Selection is arranged via the school or the school's pupil support coordinator (intern begeleider). Check the arrangements at the relevant school or location.
